I have been able to find plenty of properties on the yankton MLS and area realtors but not so much from the mitchell area....guess I am just going to have to contact a realtor up there.
Cancan, not sure if it'll come up the way I left it or not. I set the price at zero to 100,000 and 105 listings came up. Of course, you can adjust it as you'd like or even click on "rent" instead of "buy".
Mitchell has several realtors. There is one group that we've dealt with in the past and have been very happy with them, but I'm sure there are others who do just as well.
Thanks Jammie. I was kind of more looking for some ag land and either there isnt much for sale or its not posted up like houses are....I will look over those listings and also make some calls. Thanks again.
