East River, along the James............Between Mitchell & Huron. Keep in mind that's a drift. Not straight snowfall. It's also drifted in & shoveled out, again, so I could sweep the snow off the dish for the TV.
Hey, I understand priorities! The highway cams in the east 1/3rd of the state showed pretty impressive snow late this afternoon. Just hope it clears over the course of next week as I want to make it up to see my dbf for New Years.
At 6 pm, Mitchell had 16.2 inches of snow. It doesn't look like it's actually snowing at all anymore and the winds have died down. We didn't have the winds you had in RC, but it was pretty breezy here.
Our temp is up to 25 with a windchill of 8 ABOVE. It hasn't been this warm for many hours now.
Might get warmer there ,but Probably not as much as it did here in Minn today. It got up to 36 and snow turned to rain/freezing rain, and now straight rain. What sucks is tonight it is all gonna freeze, then more snow on top of it all.
I rolled out at 2 AM to move snow. These are some of the worst drifts in recent memory.
