Hi, I'd like to hear from anyone who has lived in the Winner, Mission, or Rosebud area. I hope to move that direction next summer for a job. I live in eastern SD and am familiar with SD (was born here), so not asking about weather or things like that, but more about where to live if working in Mission or Rosebud, what the roads are like (in general and winter maintennance) from Winner to the Reservation, or if there's other towns closer. I also see Valentine NE is quite close, I've searched the town online, but haven't ever been in that area, so am interested about that also.
Any information is welcome, it doesn't have to be first hand, if you know somewhere there that has talked about it, or whatever the case may be, I'd appreciate any insight.
