We are pretty new to South Dakota...my family has had a difficult time find a home to rent here. Nothing is listed online...we are trying to find a nice 3 bedroom 1.5+ bath home to rent! Does anyone know of any Landlords out there with homes for rent?

Rental housing is fairly 'tight" in Mitchell, right now. I have a friend who has been looking for a house, there, for several months. I see nothing listed @ the newspaper....

It seems tight....that makes me a bit nervous! Thanks debey. I've driven around a bit and haven't seen any 'for rent' signs either. Oh boy...

Debey--do you think it'd be a good idea for us to put a Wanted-Home to Rent ad in the paper? Or do you think that'd be a waste of time? We are really having a hard finding a house.
