National Geographic Channel’s groundbreaking Live From Space two-hour event takes viewers 250 miles above Earth for a live broadcast from the International Space Station on Friday, March 14, at 8pm ET. Traveling 4.9 miles per second, the ISS orbits Earth every 90 minutes, so viewers will see sunrise and sunset, and spectacular views of Earth in both day and night. Astronauts Rick Mastracchio and Koichi Wakata give viewers a guided tour of the station and how the crew lives and works in it, as well as demonstrate some of the scientific experiments conducted on it. Host Soledad O’Brien is joined by astronaut Mike Massimino at Mission Control in Houston with additional commentary and analysis. Viewers can track the ISS and get a real-time interactive experience at LiveFromSpace.com. Live From Space: Nat Geo takes you aboard the ISS
Was OK. I think one shot they had of Africa might have been from the shuttle instead of the ISS, and it was interesting to see the close encounter with space junk run through an editor's hype machine, and there was a LOT of canned footage, but it was OK. Solidad's knees and dandruff resistant dress stole the show though I remember her from Tech-tv and how she came off as distracted celebrity getting training time.

Thanks for the info.
You are probably way more interested in Solidad than I am, but I have seen her on other programs and she seemed competent and well informed.
