The Tesla in space (solar, meteorite, telescope)

Just recently getting into space interests, I've been reading a lot about SpaceX. But how long could can the Tesla roadster actually survive in space due to solar radiation, other cosmic radiation and aren't very small meteorites that have a high chance of impacting it? Wouldn't the leather and rubber tires already be worn out? what about the paint?

Looks like some big telescopes are tracking the Tesla.
