I don't know how to keep up with Space technology news, but just learned about this new largest solar telescope that opened up in Hawaii! Look at this high-res first image, each cell is the size of Texas.

It's strange seeing it in that much detail.

To keep up with the latest science news just google 'latest science news' and a number of different science sites will come up. Some, like sciencedaily.com have a specific section for news related to space.
