Um ... The moon is not a planet. The most abundant element in the universe is hydrogen. So small amounts of water or condensation are not overwhelming. But I agree that this may be important for some future research. In addition, most modern missions are looking for water in liquid form, as a potential source of some kind of life (for example, on Mars)
