Heh, the original NCC-1701. In fact, I just landed a anctual "Dilithium Crystal" used by paramount in the star trek series, authenticated by paramount pictures, and the certificate of authenticity has been signed by Patrick Doohan's family in conjunction with Paramount.

I liked the original Enterprise as well and love the "new" remastered episodes with additional scenes and updated special effects.
The Battlestar Galactica of course! I liked how its weakness (its lack of networking) is what saved it from destruction from the Cylons. It was a really good representation of how technology can work against you.
Although I think the original Star Ship Enterprise 1701 is the prettiest ship in all of Sci-Fi, my favorite would be the most powerful single Sci-Fi ship ever:
This can run the gamut; from Lost In Space's: JUPITER TWO to Doctor Who's: TARDIS to Star Trek's: USS ENTERPRISE(and all it's derivatives: A, C, D, etc.).
The original enterprise is my favourite (NCC-1701) it was the BEST when Kirk was Captain......
