'Three Sister' restaurant near the corner of Sprague & University in Spokane Valley is pretty decent, too. I've had the Pho & it was as good as some I've had in Seattle. Their Spring Rolls are nicer than most.....not too 'noodly'. They also make Banh Mi sandwiches to eat in or take-out.

Not sure, I've only been here for three months. I've been twice, once for lunch (Pho), & the second time with my wife when we had Chinese dinner combos, with Vietnamese Spring Rolls as an appertizer. The Spring Rolls were very good, the Chinese food not bad except for the fried rice which was very ordinary. I haven't tried any of the Vietnamese entrees yet except for the Pho. Servings are quite generous.

You forgot to say where it was...All I remember is that it's next to Fred's Appliance in the Valley. Was that Sprague?
The spring rolls were very good, the Chinese was okay--very home cooked tasting. I appreciated that the sweet and sour sauce wasn't bright orange. :~) D
