Looking to move to Eastern Washington / Northern Idaho. Kids and I play ice hockey, so we have to be within 20 minutes or so of one of the ice rinks.

What are the best school districts in Eastern Wash / Northern Idaho?

I own my own company, so job is not consideration.

We would look to purchase a home in the $500k to $800k range.

Thanks.

District 81, Central Valley and Mead all have good schools. District 81 is the largest so it has more variation. If you have more specific areas you're looking at more people can offer you their thoughts.

The only ice rinks I could find in a quick search were one in North Spokane or one in Coeur D'Alene. I don't know about the CDA schools(check out greatschools.com), but for the money you're talking about, you could have a very nice home in the Mead school district. :~) D
