What is the part of the South Hill that has all those amazing looking big houses? Not Brown's Addition, but the one that's up on the hill on the other side of downtown?

Speaking of this, have you guys seen that street with all the houses that look they're out of a storybook? And does anyone know the story behind it?

I know the street and homes you're talking about -- the 2000 block of East Pinecrest just north of 29th. They are fabulous! I don't know why they were originally built though...I think it might have been for a parade of homes or something back in the early 1990's. There are a couple for sale in there right now in the $800,000 range.
