Obviously I agree with you ,gangs are piece of s**t that are killing communities .

However Spokane is not East LA gang and are surely a problem here even if I never witness any of them so far compare to LA where I used to live ( I am not a cop either ).

The main issue of Spokane is all these drug addicted white trash , because that's the one who burglarized your place and smashed your car window.
It is not the gang that do all the properties crimes but because they supply the drug addicted that s them the drug addicted who commit most of the properties crime.

I'm not sure what your point is. That Spokane suffers obscenely high crime due in part to gang infestation has been recognized by local officials for decades. Gang-related graffiti alone costs property owners untold thousands but that pales in comparison to the violent crime gangs wreak on communities. And yes, gangs from East LA began migrating here in the 80's and have long since maintained a stronghold. Read here for more on the diversity of gang activity in Spokane. It's certainly not limited to any particular genre of crime.

These are not your mother's gangsters! Spokane has hybridized a new and improved specimen that appears to be unique to the area:
