We want to purchase a single family detached house up to $200K with a view of the city, or river, or mountains. Just a nice view. Looking for 3bd/2ba in a great neighborhood in Spokane or immediate surrounding cities/communities. Is this possible on a $200K budget? What areas do you recommend? We are moving to Spokane in March and need a great real estate agent. Any suggestions? We have looked on the regular sites Realtor, Zillow, Trulia, etc... But we do not know anyone in Spokane and hope someone can steer us in the right direction. Any help, information, and opinions would be appreciated.
