Ok, so one of the things I want to do after I eventually move to spokaneland is to open a store of my own, however, I'm unsure which area would be ideal

I sell animation products, toys, comic related goods (not books) and pop culture collectibles, so most likely younger audiences.

A mall is an option, but if I can start in an area with reasonable rent l, while I grow and such, would be better

Plz let me know ^_^

Thanks

We already have Merlins, Aunties, and a few others. Plus at the Northtown mall there's a huge store that sells everything you listed and more. Merlins, Hastings, and the mall place host game night just about every day of the week... Magic, board games, etc. Its a well saturated market.

I'm not sure but maybe a store on the South Hill perhaps but rent for a storefront might be pricier up there.

This is like a chick starting one of those gems, bracelet, hippie vegan type joints. Or a Bro starting a sports bar. LOTS of competition and the failure rate is high into the 90's percentage wise.

Maybe although it'd be feast or famine with the student population out there.
