Vegas_Storms - try hooking up with a great Realtor. That's how we found our rental property. We found her on the City-Data forums (we moved up from Summerlin last July) and she found us a great rental.

Thanks for the help, but we finally found one and put the deposit down today. We're in Anthem - Green Valley Ranch area, how do you guys like it up there so far compared to living in Vegas, I'll hope you say it's great because it's nothing like Vegas
