Please discard the lawn signs that have blighted our city lo these many months. Or save them in your hope chest for the next campaign.

If your candidate(s) won, be gracious in victory. No need to gloat.

If your candidate(s) lost, give it a rest already. Wear that capital L on your inner forehead.

Thank you. We will now return to our regular program of imaginary crime waves and unpredictable weather.

Signs are down and Christmas lights going up. We need. Something cheerful to combat the grey dreariness.

Why do people even put up signs? Do they really think people are so stupid they are going to vote for someone based on a sign? They are litter, unsightly, and tell me who not to vote for. Oh and a waste of money.

Why do people who don’t even live here bother worrying or complaining about other people’s campaign signs?
If you drive by my yard and don’t like a sign, you’re more than welcome to look the other way. Since you don’t live here I seriously doubt you’ll be voting for or against my candidate of choice.
