Is most of the crime in Spokane meth related or not?

No. It's money related. Poor people need money for everything (not just drugs), so they swipe what they find laying around, even if it's in your car. Guard your possessions.

I always thought that most of the crime problems in Spokane is caused by the meth problems the town has.

1. If that's true, then the same is said for the hundreds of cities around the nation of America, including smaller towns and larger cities. Meth has permeated our country because it is cheap to make, and there are many different methods to make it. If there is a decent sized city in any of the United States that has zero methamphetamine problems, I would love to see some reports on how they did that.

2. I've never seen statistics that say crime in Spokane is predominantly meth related, although you're welcome to post them if you have them with you (or can google them). I've (admittedly) known a couple friends here who have stolen things before, one from out of cars. It was never meth related, it was simply that they needed money and a minimun wage job wasn't enough for them.

In this thread you can search for terms like 'meth' and 'theft' and 'crime.' There have been lots of posts on the subject, so feel free to browse and use your necromantic skillz to resurrect some dead threads if you want

I think it's something what I'm gonna have to do, I know it can be common for people to steal things so they can make money off of it and I know how it feels being poor and always wanting money, thanks for the advice you have given me.
