No. It's money related. Poor people need money for everything (not just drugs), so they swipe what they find laying around, even if it's in your car. Guard your possessions.

I always thought that most of the crime problems in Spokane is caused by the meth problems the town has.

1. If that's true, then the same is said for the hundreds of cities around the nation of America, including smaller towns and larger cities. Meth has permeated our country because it is cheap to make, and there are many different methods to make it. I think it's something what I'm gonna have to do, I know it can be common for people to steal things so they can make money off of it and I know how it feels being poor and always wanting money, thanks for the advice you have given me.
