Hey All!

Here's an update.

My husband was offered an early retirement! Amazing this happened, since we were already going to make the move. It won't be enough to live on entirely, but it will make the move so much easier. He will be able to get a part-time job for us to make ends meet if he wants, but he's not quite ready to do that. End of March is his last day here.

My sister and I are still coming up in Feb to look around. It would be awesome if we could find something to buy early-on. We're putting our house up for sale after Christmas, and are looking forward to this move. It's scary and exciting all at the same time.

Our best buds are going to help us move. I'll get some young-uns to help us load up here, but would like some input from ya'll about who to use for off-loading. I know it's still aweful early to think about this, but don't want the time to come and not have thought about it. I don't want to overtax our friends. I make us sound ancient, but we're only in our mid-to-upper-50s but feeling the effects of aging... LOL! Both of our guys have back problems. Is there a 'Starving Students' company up there? If so, are they pretty good?

Thanks for your help.
