Physically, her career is nowhere near over. I just don’t think she was mentally ready to turn pro. I blame her father for the rush into LPGA. Yes, it may have been a financial burden on him due to the needs required to advance her skill. I can understand allowing her to turn pro and allowing the winnings to be used to offset the expenses, but she was pushed to far too soon, this young lady is basically in a “can’t win” situation.

Really, not much difference between Wie and Woods. Two stage fathers that pushed, and pushed. One was ready for the game at a higher and more mentally intense level (jealousy) and the other is not ready. Checking out because of the fear of shooting a score that would disqualify, not the stuff champions are made of.
