Did anyone watch the crock of a sports awards show. I was really disappointed so much though that I lost interest by the end of the show. I thought the concept was cool that the fans got to vote, but the show was just very unentertaining. I was more interested in the sentimental stories of Kay Yow of NC State and the Irsish gentlemen that got an award. Am I just a sour puss or did anyone else feel the same. What was your reaction to the show?

I don't bother with ESPN and their greedy Mickey Mouse network unless there is an actual game being televised. ESPN plus another lame, predictable, "let me make sure I make a spectacle of myself" awards show is a very bad combination I can imagine.

Yeah, the ESPY's are pretty lame, but I did enjoy Jimmy Kimmel ragging on TO and Kobe. I thought that was pretty funny. TO was wearing a white jacket with a very very cheesy Dallas Cowboys star (I hate the Cowboys) and Kimmel was like: "I didn't know you were jewish TO"!! That was awesome. By the way, Who won the male and female athlete of the year award?

I watched some of it, and love shock jokes, but Lebron dunking the baby and then saying that Angelina should try and adopt the baby was really out there. I was surprised he would do that and then say that. I'm sure his agent was upset at that potential lapse of judgment, oh wait his agent is his best friend...no harm though, now he's going to host SNL.

Why would you watch a show knowing that it was a crock before you even turned on the set? Everyone who follows sports knows that ESPN is about one thing- hyping up ESPN.
