Anyone see the penalty kick Wales took, went over, but ruled that it wasn't? And the referee Wayne Barnes, who made a howler in the QF V France in the last world cup against NZ.

For the big bucks which they get payed, Barnes should of at least went to the television ref, in my eyes, people who said that the kick lost them the game are stupid though.

Samoa debuts tomorrow V Nambia , Samoa should win and should really top 50 points.

I'll be hoping along to the Argentina V Romania match, looks like there will be a good Argentina fan base down here, Scotland have been based down here for about a week, town has really been a buzz and has been pretty cool bumping into International players at the gym

Well Canada beat Tonga 25-20, some calling it an upset but I wouldn't, Canada were leading 3-2 in the series and had never lost a game in the WC to Tonga + the fact Tonga are only 2 spaces ahead in the rankings

Pity they do not run a plate final for teams who finish third and forth in their groups.
Looks like the so called minnows have grown up in a hurry.

Video highlights of the USA versus Russia match, these should work in the USA.

Defense still strong, too many penalties committed in the ruck, too many kicks wasted.

USA certainly should have won by more, backline looked good, forwards looked good, shame about the late hit from Clever.

Not that I would request such a thing for myself, but hypothetically, does anyone know of a site where a US resident might watch watch streamed world cup matches for free?

Well the first major upset of the tournament, sees Australia loose - Well played Ireland.

Dont like the local TV coverage very much, the rugby is certainly taking a backstep to the rugby league finals, which is broadcast on the same channel.

Attended the Argentina Romania game yesterday, great day for running rugby with Argentina outclassing the Oaks, was the last game of RWC 2011 in Invercargill, and what an atmosphere the Argentina fans bought to Rugby Park, was the biggest crowd of 13,500,was really a buzz having the teams in town, a couple of photos.

A look at the embankment
