Lets face the facts. For sometime now USA mens and womens tennis, with the exception of Serena, has struggled to produce top 10 players in the world.

How are the systems and structures in place looking for this to change? how is the health of the sport itself for this to change?

Personally I would like to see it change. What chance do you give it?
