Add the Utah Jazz to that list. Name makes no sense for them at all in Utah.

For college, the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) has some pretty funny ones:

Amherst Lord Jeffs
Colby White Mules
Bowdoin Polar Bears (not really funny but when do you ever see polar bears in Southern Maine??)

Connecticut College Camels (not really funny either, but the last and only time Connecticut saw a camel was when those camel cigarettes were in production)
