Heard 3 LL coaches call in on a national radio show and ALL agreed that the amount of paperwork you need to fill out, just to get past districts was huge. Such that They must have cheated.
I find it hard to believe they didn't know what was going on, they are 13 not 3. Don't get me wrong, the team manager is the one to blame more than the kids, but I don't see them as totally innocent victims either.
