Ok, I see the thread for boring Olympic Sport, so what's your favorite to watch? I hope this hasn't already been posted, I searched through about 6 pages and didn't find any.

My fav for Summer is the indoor cycling I don't know what it's called, where they go about 0 miles per hour and then zip in front of the opponent to go about 100MPH.

For Winter, I love the short track speed skating.

Me too! I'm hoping to be able to see some of that in Vancouver in 2010. I also really like the skeleton...those people are simply insane!

For summer, I would have to say swimming and diving. And track and field.

There was an article in SI about skeleton, There's only like 8 people in the US that do it. And it actually requires little skill since there is no steering like in luge or bobsled. So if you want to compete in the olympics, take up skeleton.
Skate boarding would actually be really cool, it would add a contemperary sport people actually care about.

My favorite is women's curling because our US team is so darn atractive.

I have too much of a "self-preservation thing" going on to get involved with it.

I dont really like the summer games all that much. Love the winter ones though! Love the speed skating, snowboarding, figure skating, luge, and ski jumping.
