....stop participating in all non-clay court events, if he continues to not making it to Quarter final at big events. Focus on clay courts only and maybe he will win dozen more titles and maybe a couple of Grand Slams (French Open) along the way.

That would assume he doesn't need ranking points, to get a decent seeding at the clay events.
He also cannot skip most Masters, bar Monte Carlo (which as a 9 time winner would not want to do), and has to compete in the majority of them as they are mandatory.
It sounds good in theory (like Federer just concentrating on Wimbledon), but you still need some year round match practice, and a top 8,or top 16 at worst, seeding.

If his goal is to win clay titles, and not just to play and get deep into the tournament, it shouldn't matter whom he face at the first, second, or last round. Playing on clay only will prolong his career by possibly years.
How about just clay events, plus one tune up event before other Grand Slams and Grand Slams. That should reduce wear and tear to about 50%.
This is really an interesting & logical path for Nadal. He's played non-stop for 12-13 years.
Playing JUST Clay and Grass Court Events would allow him to work hard from Feb. to July and then take the rest of the year off. Competing in only the French & Wimbledon each year.
Take a rest from Aug - Oct (or Nov) each year and then hit it hard on fitness & training (& practice events) for 3 months so he's ready to go again each February for the new Clay season. He could play for another 10 years this way.
He could even use the Australian Open as a "practice" or his first "pre-season" tournament. Heck....if he treated it as one (with no pressure), he'd probably win the d*mn thing.

He should hire you and me as his career consultants.
