This is actually a very good question.
Imo it is Murray, even though he has to win 2, as he has been very close at both the AO and RG.
Wawrinka is not very good on grass, has been as far as the QFs, but does not look comfortable and it would be highly unlikely he could win it.,
The most likely scenario is neither will do it, as it has only been done by a few in the open era.
Both would be happy to just win another Slam, although Murray is also aiming to get a stint at Number 1, which is extra motivation as well.
Btw Djoker is also aiming for a Double Career Grand Slam next year as well, that has not been done in the open era in the mens tour. (a few women have done it, and even more, eg a triple CGS)

Wawrinka was NEVER in the radar as someone who can win the French Open and out of nowhere, he won it. He might be able to do the same with Wimbledon if that beast comes out again.

Nadal was VERY close to winning the Double Career Grand Slam.
