Leaning slightly towards Fed, although as a primary Djoker fan Nadal winning is a marginally better result. (and would slightly prefer)
Baby Fed was a good test for Nadal, but is slightly different to the real Fed, and plays more like Stanimal on the backhand.
Fed needs to come out of the blocks fast and serve out of his brain, like he did in the first 2 sets against Wawrinka.
The extra days rest could come into this as well.
If it goes to 5 sets Nadal will win this thing though, as his mental concentration and stamina is better.

Didn't think we'd ever get to see the greatest clay-courter of all time and the greatest overall player of all time play in a Slam final again.

Planning to enjoy this thing to the full.

This is as good as it gets, in my view.

I love Rafa ... but there's only one situation where I can't root for him ... when he plays Fed.

Really hope the GOAT bags #18...

That was a very weird finish.
Nadal was up 3-1 in the 5th set and lost.
Then again, Nadal has lost a lot of his mental toughness over the last couple of years, lost plenty of close matches.
Plus he's now lost 3 AO Finals in a row (2012, 2014, 2017), so its become a trend for him down under.
But its not like Nadal played a horrible 5th set, Federer played extremely well in those last 5 games, hitting his backhand better than ever.
