So what if he didn't wear his pig socks during a game. He wore them during a team practice. Same thing in my book.
It's the same thing in your book but it's not the same thing. Not according to the NFL rules or the attempted alteration of game day uniforms as used in the examples I was responding to
I also wonder how many of the "in out no more NFL for me crowd" actually never stops watching or is back in a couple of weeks. It's easy to internet warrior and still watch the games because there's no accountability. Lots of fans were out on the Cavs and Lebron, until the season started and they were back for the cavs and then back for Lebron when he came homr
watching the local teams, but I've stopped watching random Thursday or Monday games. Just going to watch a lot less games in general, that Jerry Jones kneel when the anthem was playing is such a bad look. Such disrespect, it's sickening. The irony is that by turning their hate against the United States and our flag, the BLM protest has set their cause back by years and caused incalculable damage to that cause
When it comes to the NFL that's pretty much what I do. I'll watch the Vikings game, but seldom from start to finish. An occasional glance at the TV for the other games is about all I can muster.
Put me in the audience of the Monday night game just to see what was going to happen before the beginning of the game. The number of people like me that left the game right after it started I'm sure were counted towards their "ratings". I wonder what the Monday night ratings were at the end of the game. My guess? Not good.

I expect 90% will stay fans. More if their team does well.

There are so many variables like what you posted that make viewing stats unreliable. For instance mobile device and game device Playstation viewing isn't counted. As well as viewers who tune out early for no particular reason.....
wow is right, didn't know DirecTV was still in business
