Unreal, grew up watching him chase MJ, Kobe was SoCal back in the day I remember seeing so many Kobe 8 jerseys as a kid in the 90s in the malls and parks of SoCal.

He was a legend

Kobe had already move FAR BEYOND the "sports" categoy, winning an Academy Award and building into the whole new writing industry, something he had always been developing while pushing a ball through a hoop. The categoy he deserves is hiw own. One of a kind. We've all lost.
