Out of curiosity, what four-sport teams do you follow/support in the big four? Its a time without sports but would love to see the combinations and loyalty of what teams you follow? Where are you from and do you follow the teams of where you were brought up? I think this could be a neat forum....
1. Where are you from?
2. Which teams do you support?
MLB
NHL
NBA
NFL
3. Do you support different teams than most people where your from?
Il go first:
1. Where are you from? Boston MA
2. Which teams do you support?
NFL: New England Patriots
NHL: Boston Bruins
NBA: Boston Celtics
MLB: Boston Red Sox
3. I support teams that most people in New England support entirely.
3. Only thing I do differently than most people in my area I root for the Ducks and the Canes. People in New England Generally don’t care about college sports though.
I'm really not a big sports guy (I love going to a game, otherwise... I really don't follow. I definitely don't argue with anybody about sports either...)
1. Where are you from?
Boston, MA (Technically, Malden, MA, but Boston is the big city)
2. Which teams do you support?
Mainly Boston, but also Chicago... Sox vs Sox was my first sports game to go to ever, so I like both Sox teams.
MLB - Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox
NHL - Boston Bruins
NBA - Boston Celtics
NFL - New England Patriots
I don't follow college sports at all... lol
3. Do you support different teams than most people where your from?
Not particularly. But I'm not an aggressive sports person either...
They all win some and lose some... Live and let live lol.
NHL: I'll pay some attention if either the Blackhawks or the Capitals are in the finals. But I can't say I really care much.
NBA: Not an enormous NBA fan, but lived in Chicago during the 3 peats. 2 3 peats in the 90s. One of the greatest sports streaks ever. So, I'd have to say the Bulls, but I don't really follow the NBA much at this point.
NFL: I really don't like football. But if someone is going to win, I'd prefer it be the Bears. Since they haven't won recently and it doesn't appear like anything is happening in the near future, I could just do without the NFL. I haven't paid much attention since the 85 Bears.
NCAA: Duke. Got fairly into NCAA basketball when I lived in NC and worked at Duke for a short time.
NCAA Football -- man, I actually almost wish it didn't exist. My entire fall weekend schedule is held hostage to the University of Michigan schedule. If they're playing at noon, we can go out to dinner, but the day is shot. If they're playing at night, we can't go out to dinner at all. But the earlier part of the day is open. So, I don't know that I can say I'm a "fan." But my husband certainly is.
1. Where are you from? Tampa FL
2. Which teams do you support?
MLB The buttPIRATES
NHL LIGHTNING
NBA No real fave Like all ofthem
NFL MY DOLPHINS, Also PESKY RED BIRDSSAINTS STEELERS
NCAA NORTH TEXAS (the alma mater) OKLAHOMA (when they are OK) BOISE STATE (Love the blue carepet) GO ARMYPENN STATE
3. Do you support different teams than most people where your from? looks like it, but there are a lot of FINZ FANZ here Most college fans like the Alligators or the USF Bulls
