Some have Spieth moving up in the chances of winning the Masters this week. Very few Master's champions, if any, won the week before. As far as other majors Mickelson has won the week before a major following that up with the major win. Twice he's done that so it's not a total jinx.
Interesting stat. Wow - Lee Trevino, that's a hell of a 4-week run.
Speith been on an upward climb this year... So it would be nice. San Antonio didn't exactly have a stellar field though. But he's certainly got to have a LOT of confidence going into Augusta. Just hope he didn't peak too early.
On the flip side... Former Master winner Angel Cabrera..... spending his days in a Brazilian prison. That's the story!
