I watched the figure skating today and a replay of yesterday on Peacock. The 15 year from Russia is very good and so is Nathan Chen, from the U. S.

Just watched mixed double curling and the defending champions got eliminated from the medal rounds by 1mm when Italy stole in the extra end. Team Canada had a good opportunity to win in the eighth end when they were leading by 2, only having to takeout the last stone in the rings, but the female skipper didn't put enough force to take it out and Italy was able to tie for an extra end.

Don't always trust the media and use your brain to think.
Some hint: the Uyghur independence movement leader Rebiya Kadeer has 11 (eleven!) children in China, while my mother, one year younger than her, was only allowed to have one because she's Han Chinese.
If China had "genocide", it was against the majority Han Chinese.
Back to the topic. I wonder why there's no winter swimming in the winter Olympics. Many people in the world participate in it. We can set the water temperature 0~5 C (32~40 F).

Watching Mikaela Shiffrin so dejected after messing up her 2nd slalom run in a row made me want to give her a big hug.

The problem for her is, the two events she choked in are usually her best ones.
