Well, it looks like it is over.

Pogacar got dropped on the climb to Col de la Loze and is now 7 minutes behind Vingegaard.

He says that he at this point just looking for a podium finish and another stage win.

Meanwhile, questions are swirling about Jonas Vingegaard. Is he on something besides the bike?

He says that he takes nothing he wouldn't give his daughter, and he wouldn't give her drugs.

Sepp Kuss could be the first American to finish in the top 10 since Tejay van Garderen's 5th place performance in 2014.

Kuss is currently 9th.

Tadej Pogacar won the penultimate stage, Jonas Vingegaard secured the overall win (his second Tour de France first place finish) and Sepp Kuss crashed out of the top ten.

Powless no longer has or will win the King of the Mountains jersey.

Tomorrow they cruise into Paris, where the sprinters will fight for the stage win.

And Vingegaard's team is accusing another team of drinking beer on a rest day, which is somehow related to suspicion of Vingegaard's performance.

Bizarre.
