I wish the commentators during the Men's matches would shut up during play. They even talk during the serves!

The commentators during the Women's matches are much better. Even when they spoke, they spoke softly. You felt you were actually at the match.

One of the big mouths is sick so you won't have to hear him at the semi-finals, Patrick McEnroe is sick, he probably caught covid from his brother John who had it at the start of the tournament.

It proves IBM's WatsonX cannot pick who will win the U.S. Open, AI heavily favored Alcaraz over Medvedev.

Medvedev is very good on this court.
Probably 50/50 now for the final too.

This should be an interesting final. Medvedev smoked Djokovic two years ago. I’m pretty sure Djokovic has revenge on his mind!

But yeah, that’s what makes Djokovic and Alcaraz great players. They play well on all surfaces. Medvedev, on the other hand, does not play well on grass and clay.

Looks like the Men's Final is a triumph of age and experience over youth and exuberance.

I’m surprised we got another Medvedev vs. Djokovic final but not another Fernandez vs. Raducanu final!

Watching the women's final...

Gauff has only hit a few winners. Sabalenka continues to hit the ball into the net or out of bounds.

To Gauff's credit - she works hard to keep the ball in play.

Would like to see Gauff win - just don't want all of the social justice nonsense that will ride shotgun.
