I am so sick of how this country in the last few years has become so damn politically correct. It is making me sick. No one can say anything anymore even if it's true, or they are labeled racists..

I have noticed this to a surreal degree, especially any Show on any ESPN channel. They'll ask sportswriters questions and you can tell all of their answers are staged. They will have the white guy, give the answer which would really sound like something the black guy would give. Then the black guy will always answer questions sounding like something that would come from the "white guy's perspective". Now, I am not saying that all blacks think alike or all whites think alike, but come on, if your one who is very observent like I am, it is so obvious that they are doing this, basically so that they never have to have a debate on weather somebody on their show has crossed the line and has said something racist. All because this society has fostered an attitude of looking for anything that might be controversial and or not "politically correct". It is obvious this is all done to protect their company from being labeled racists by anyone. It's so obvious to someone who watches. It's like they think we are stupid.

I think this societies over the top political correctness has created this type of programming where it is generally scripted and "fake". Why can't we laugh at the stereotypes of this country which many are very true..Why can't we speak the truth from all races without fear of being labeled a "racist" if one of our views goes against all this so called " politicaly correct" garbage....

This society is becoming too soft and their is no room for honesty anymore. We are all a bunch of idiots just saying what is the most politically correct thing. Especially if the issue happens to be a black and white issue...

if you're talking about es*n I really feel that es*n will do anything they can to glorify the individual athlete. The athlete, no matter how borish they behave, will be forgiven and they will make excuses for him. After all, it's their business, if they show the real side of an athlete or the non-glossed over truth sports might become less popular and that wouldn't be good for business.

it's all about people not being turned off by some of these prima donna's behavior, and es*n will cover up as much as possible becuase it's better ratings for them. showing tiger woods warming up instead of the tournament leader already playing.

and it's all about the individual, it's Kobe bryant vs. LeBron, so much individuality, manny being manny, not manny the roid freak acting like an a$$, they actually celebrate it. Updates from his minor league at bats and complete coverage.

es*n has become like MTV, not relevant to what they once were with all their original programming.
