yea I know what you mean. I took my friend who was in cross country in HS years ago and claimed he jogged more than I have been. He smoked the "good" stuff and I have asthma. Should be fun.
Well I went non-stop 5 miles while he finished 20 mins later and walked in for the last good 1.5mi.

My girl can't keep it moving either on the 3mi track.

I've been so busy with school and now I sprained my ankle in an ATV accident I can't do anything like this.

Need to lose weight.
Any motivational pictures? ...Leana? lol

I am starting a Mini kind of new triatholon. Five miles running or jogging, 10 miles Kayaking, and 11 miles on Roller Blades. The Kayaks have to be reacreational Kayaks. No speed Kayaking allowed. This triathilon is for people who don't jog anymore then 5-6 miles, Love exploring in Kayaks, and love gliding on water or sement. I guarantee you, after all that exercise for the average folk, you'll get in shape quickly.
