I'm in, Junkie! As a matter of fact, I think we should add a little tour of Branson, while we're at it! What better tour guide could we have than our very own Lake Junkie!!!

I haven't seen you in too long and I look forward to seeing you and the rest of the gang, too! Those who can't stay can just come and do the coffee thing! Wha'd'ya think???

Default I'm gettin' whiplash...

Can anybody please tell me whether I'm in the Springfield area?

Apparently I'm lost...some of the Branson stuff is in Springfield...and some is in Missouri...does anybody have a map?

2be? Didn't you have maps?

I knowwwww! I came back to the forum too late. I was gonna tell Plains10 that I didn't think it was a good idea. We're gonna get split up! Many who we chat with here don't live anywhere near Springfield so we're gonna be tempted to spend a lot of our time over in the MO forum.

It's kinda sad. I'm sure that whoever had the job of figuring out which threads to move wasn't happy about having to make those decisions. For all I know, we may be able to request some to be moved back but I doubt they'll ever remove the Springfield forum. Maybe it will be better in the long run and we just have to make it through the transition time to get used to it.

For the record, I think Branson is still IN the Springfield area so you could participate in both. Of course, that's just MY opinion but I'm stickin' to it!

Welcome home, girlfriend! I hope your trip and visit went well! We missed you around here!

I figured it was better to move this thread back to the front page of the Missouri forums since it is popular with people from many places.
I am sorry about the reorganization of the Missouri forum, but it should be more efficient with the Missouri sub-forum. The Springfield area is becoming a popular place to relocate so those interested in the area can ask questions more directly in a separate sub-forum.
(The Springfield area section has more posts and threads than the Kansas City section)

All of the threads pertaining to Springfield and surrounding towns are included in the Springfield area sub-forum. As you may know, the Springfield aera is becoming an increasingly popular relocation destination. Therefore, more people can easily post questions in the Springfield area sub-forum directly. I am sorry about the confusion regarding the reorganization of the forum, but everything should be more organized quite soon. Only two sticky threads can appear at the top of the Missouri forum as well according to the rules People may ask questions about the area on the regular Missouri forum, but I will move them to the Springfield area sub-forum when necessary.

That might not be a bad idea!!! It sounds like it'd be great fun!!! Especially with LJ at the helm. Ya go my vote, MrsG!!!

Along for the ride,
