Just thought I would update those who were so helpful in advising us about where to eat and what to do in Branson and the surrounding areas. I won't go into detail about the entire trip but will fill you in on our Branson experience. Next time, when it comes to eating and I ask for advise, I will take it: We did take the advise and got take out at La Iguana's. It is just a little hole in the wall, very inexpensive and really, really good plus it is always fun to fill up when they offer the "make it yourself" bar. We would go back in a second. Then we choose Andy Williams Grill for dinner the second night. Because we were going to the show at the Andy Williams theatre it worked out well and the food was good, but I wouldn't recommend it and none of you did either. Then we get to the rest: instead of taking your advise about breakfast we did our own thing: day one, we ate at Bob Evans: it was very typical, certainly good service and the food was what one would expect for breakfast; then morning 2, we went to McFaddens or something like that: We should have listened to you and not gotten eaten up by a coupon offering 50% off one meal...I know better, so does hubby and last, but not least was our last morning: we were staying at a resort, time share;;they offered buffet breakfast for $5.50. OK the price was right even though I had read bad reviews: the bad reviews were right on, the food was awful. We could have done better at one to those little breakfasts you get at Holiday Inn Express. So much for eating in Branson.. Oh, the shows were excellent, they made up for the lousy food.

Glad you liked La Iguana. I knew you would. Too bad you didn't try Billy-Gayles for breakfast. Next time!

and there will be a next time, I am just not sure when. Another thing we will not do again, spend time at the outlet malls, I think I have outgrown them...There was a time when we could save a fortune, now it seems we can do, as well, watching sales.
