Do any restaurants serve LUTEFISK for the holidays? (Springfield: appointed, live)

I'm having lutefisk withdrawal!!!!!

You'd think with all the UPPER midwesterners that have moved here, there would be at least one restaurant serving lutefisk for the Holidays ... it's a tradition up north. Half the people in my church are from the northern midwest states.

I Googled: Lutefisk Springfield Missouri and came up with nothing.

ewwww its made with lye. why in the world would someone eat a fish that was prepared with lye to make it gelitanous... i am sure you have to soak it in enough water to get the lye out, but still, why bother???

LOL I've lived in North Dakota for the past 27 years and still have not even gotten used to the smell of lutefisk. I won't be too disappointed at not finding it in the Springfield area when my wife and I move down there next year.
