We are looking hard at this area for relocation. We have a 12 yr old son and it is important that we find a neighborhood that is family-oriented with lots of kids. My husband would prefer not to go the HOA route, again. We've never had any problems but sometimes restrictions/rules, etc., can get a bit out of hand with these associations. Are there good neighborhoods in Nixa that don't include an HOA, or communities with more reasonable HOA guidelines and restrictions? We'll be coming from a gated-community on a golf course in Florida so probably anything less restrictive and exclusive would be wonderful, lol.

Nixa is a good area .. not sure its big enough to have "areas" - just drove through ... nothing major yet!
