Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to make visitors of this forum aware that there is a local anime group that meets in Springfield once a week. We actually do a variety of things outside of watching anime, such as have video game nights and play some simple but really fun board and card games (Including Cards Against Humanity, Dixit, Epic Spell Wars). We do sometimes watch anime that is PG-13 or higher, but we've also had kids there, so please keep that in mind. We're a small group is pretty laid back and its just a fun time with people that you can just be as otaku or as geeky as you want.
We currently meet on Sundays from 5 until whenever we feel like, usually around 9:30 - 10:00. In order to keep a roof over our heads there are monthly dues at $10 per person, $15 per couple, and $20 per family, however the first month is free.
