Yep. I personally love the scenery of the Ozarks especially far southern Missouri where it's more Hillary. It's a lot nicer looking than the awful flat scenery of south Florida. I also like northern GA and eastern TN hilly areas too.

Yep - it's nice "north of Bull Shoals Lake" down there in southern Missouri! The Ozarks are way cool.

Does anyone belong to a bike club in Springfield, Missouri? I just wonder what kind of routes they ride. I hate riding hills.

If you wish to ride on the roads around Springfield, Mo., you will be riding hills.

There are hiking/biking trails around town that generally follow small streams and are therefore relatively flat, and the Frisco Highline trail is an old railroad bed with gentle grades that runs from north Springfield through Willard, Walnut Grove, and into Bolivar.

I just see the locals who love guns, beer, mudding and do drugs. Lot of meth here too. Plus if your things are not chained down, you might lose them.
If you are out of state...don't move here unless you are a better shot than they are. Seriously. They have a lot of practice yearly.
I'd move but hubby is not in shape to and doesn't want to.
I will eventually.
I love the land, not the people.

Ok have family here been back 25 years. I was told when I moved back I wouldn't have any trouble because I already knew the rules. Main thing never call the Law and always carry.
