House Hunting Trip Successful - Follow up to my 1st post (Springfield: new home, inspections)

My wife and I spent 10 days in Springfield at the end of March. We looked at numerous homes and eventually found one that we really liked. It had been pretty daunting and discouraging actually. We just couldn't find the right house in the right location. On day 7 things changed. We found a very nice home on a beautiful 5 acre lot halfway between Clever and Nixa. The 5 acres is half wooded and half open with a 6 yr old home so we feel pretty lucky. The view from the home is absolutely beautiful and luckily the house was very nice also.

The inspections are done and we close on the home in a month. We're so looking forward to moving to the area!! Once again, thank you to everyone who provided us with so much info from all the threads that we read. We quickly realized that we would not have to ask many questions because most had been asked and answered already.

I will need to have a detached garage built at this new home because we have to much stuff. I will be looking for a builder who can build a nice 30 x 40 garage with some sort of brick and/or stone veneer to match the house. I am going to track down the builder of the home and ask them but if any of you have any good recommendations, let me know.
