we live in nixa, cost of living is low, low crime, great schools, 20-30 mins north of branson and 10 mins south of springfield. population is about 12,000. rentals here range for typical 3 bedroom 2 ba ( nice) is about 650 to 850) buying varies...

...but your best bet is to find a local realtor to help you put the word out about the property you're wanting to leave...
...because our local buyers are usually from out of the area and at least talking to a realtor or looking on realtor websites.
It's hard when you miss those young'uns...I know.
