I'm coming from north of town on Hwy. 13. If I take 13 down to say, Chestnut, it seems like there are so many lights. If I take 13 to 44 East to 65 South, it seems like 65 has so many lights plus going home, there's a detour to get onto 44 West. I can't decide which route to take, or if there is a better one.

I use to drive Trash Truck through there. If you hit the Lights just right you won't have to stop. But traffic can throw timing off.

But 13HWY to Chestnut is your best route.

13 to Chestnut to National MAY be ok, but you will be passing OTC and Drury as well, and will run into their traffic along with MSU's traffic.

I would maybe stay on 13 (Kansas Expwy) to Grand. Any of those streets are very busy in the morning. I live maybe 4 miles down National from MSU and takes me anywhere from 20-30 minutes to get there during peak hours.

I don't mean to come across rude, but 13 to Chestnut to National is not that many stop lights. There is usually heavy traffic congestion @44 and 13 due to the interchange construction, and that in my opinion is the worst part of that drive. That way is the quickest and most logical route to get there.

I'll try each way and see which is best. I have class until well into the evening so I won't hit traffic then, but going in will be a bit crazy. That Diverting Diamond Intersection (or whatever it's called) is WEIRD. lol
