A lot of those areas also setup the gigantic concrete flower pot barriers as well, with the hopes of curbing down cruisers and crime. I've always enjoyed getting around those on my motorcycles...I GO WHERE I WANT!

True. After I first moved here I went driving around the CWE to check out the amazing houses and got stopped by a cop on Portland Place asking what I was doing there. I guess my beat-up 2000 Camry was kind of an indicator that I didn't live on that street.
