Probably true. I'd definately take the metro link or a commuter train downtown from Kirkwood, but not a bus.

Yeah buses are not ideal. They only come like every 30 minutes and have to stop at every block and every stoplight. They're pretty much just a step up from jogging. I've witnessed people get on the bus at the beginning of one block and get off at the other end. WHAT!? Of course, the buses in London and other giant cities are used more and thus run more often and are more reliable. Like glamatomic, I much prefer trains because they can just blow through crossings. Much faster.
