I would agree. There are some good schools, culture, free events museums and zoo. Nice greenery with rolling hills and trendy neighborhoods all wrapped into a nice medium sized package thats affordable for most.

I hope St Louis stays that way. Nothing is worse than a city being ruined by poplularity but not the economy to support it. Kind of what Austin has become in the last few years.
